Oak Mountain Christmas Concert
Hi everyone! Our ticket sales have begun and we wanted to make sure we were clear about how things are working this year.
Students do NOT have to wait until they have 10 tickets sold to turn in ticket orders…they can turn orders in as they get them, and we'll keep track of their sales (and award their 2 free tickets when they've sold 10).
We are going to draw for incentive prizes from now until the concert on various dates, so the sooner ticket orders are turned in, the sooner students can start winning prizes. They will receive 1 entry for prizes for every ticket they sell. (For example...Sell 5 tickets this week, and get 5 chances to win at Friday night's drawing! Even if you win that night, you'd have 4 more chances in future drawings, plus more entries if you sell more tickets!) That way, there's no penalty for turning in orders early!
It helps the committee tremendously to have a sense of how ticket sales are going, so PLEASE turn them in as you get them. Questions? Drawings will be held at least once a week (date/time may vary!) from now until the concert, with additional prizes awarded at the Christmas concert, so be sure to get your sales in along the way.
