01/23/2012   News 01/23/2012 Hospitality Room We are the host school this weekend for the All County honor band. We need items for the hospitality room for the visiting directors. Items such as snacks (chips/dips) drinks, cold cuts and sandwich fixings. Thank you to those who have said you will send items. Please bring items to the school on Thursday. We also need a coordinator for hospitality on Thursday from 6:00-8:00 P.M. and Friday 8:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M. in the small ensemble room (coordinating the donations and getting the room ready). If you can assist with sending items or coordinating the room, please let Paula Maddox (pbearmaddox@aol.com) know as soon as possible.   Shelby County All County Honor Band The concert is at 2:00 P.M. Saturday in the PAC at Oak Mountain High School. The concert is free to the public.   Eagle Project Eagle Project work dates have been moved to March 17 and March 24. Taylor Wombwell.   Spring Trip 2nd trip payment of $100 is due   Date Change The May concert has been moved back to May 3rd in the PAC and the retirement reception for Mr Duren will be May 20th from 2:00 P.M. - 4:00 P.M..
